1. How much does your house cleaning service cost?

Our prices are specifically tailored to what you want and how big your home is. If you keep up with your home pretty regularly and only need a fairly basic tune up our prices start from $129.99 and go up depending on the size of your home. Our typical customers pay between $150 to $300 per service. For a Move Out, Move In or Deep Cleaning Service you can typically expect prices to range between $250 and $400 depending on the size of the home.

2. Why should I trust your service over another?

Trust is our biggest selling point. We have regularly serviced homes in our area for over 30 years.  In our years of service we have always treated our customers homes as our own. We take privacy, security, and trust very seriously. That is why we only hire qualified house cleaners that we trust personally. All our cleaners have been thoroughly screened and are insured and bonded. That means if they get injured on your property we cover the bills and you will not be liable. Using our service provides the most trusted and quality clean at a price you can afford.

3. What is your service area?

We service Colorado Springs, Colorado and surrounding areas, Castle Rock, Colorado and surrounding, and South Denver, Colorado and surrounding.

4. What if I am not happy?

We always strive the provide you 100% satisfaction. That is why if you ever find anything in your home that is not up to your standards we will come back to fix, free of charge and without hesitation. Even though it does not happen often we want you to leave 100% satisfied and we want to make sure that we learn from our mistakes too. Please let us know if ever there is anything amiss not only for your sake but for ours as well!

5. Do I have to be home?

If you want to be home during the service that is fine.  If not just make sure you leave our cleaners a way to enter your home. You might hide a key or give a garage code if you wish. After your cleaning is done we will leave and make sure we lock the doors on our way out.

6. What are your service hours?

Our cleaning hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. If you really need something done on the weekend we usually can make it work just give us a call and lets try to work it out.

7. How often can you come?

We can come as often as you like. Most customers use our bi-weekly service (every other week). We also see clients who use us once a week, or once a month. Whatever works for you!

8. How can I pay?

As of 2020 we will only accept credit cards. Payment and paperwork is handled before your service. This allows us to provide a more streamlined service and get to work as soon as we enter your home.

9. Am I supposed to tip?

All our employees make a decent wage working for us, and you are not expected to tip by any means.  A lot of our customers are so happy with their service they tip our maids around $5 – $10 for a job well done. Our employees are very grateful for any tips, so if you do tip don’t worry about the amount!

9. Do your maids speak English?

We only hire employees that can speak and understand English. We understand that you want to be able to communicate exactly what you want for your home so this something we take very seriously.

10. Do I need to provide cleaning equipment/products?

All our cleaners come with everything they need to make your home sparkling clean. If you want us to use any special products or your own vacuum just let us know ahead of time and we can accommodate that for you.
